  •  Contracting with cooperative enterprises with Deanships, departments, and faculties in the university to activate the library's services to fulfil the desired objectives.
  • Supervising training workshops and courses related to the libraries in the female section.
  • Contributing to serving the community of the Northern Border region.
  •  Preparing and submitting the plans, recommendations, and perspectives that concern the Libraries Affairs in the female section to provide the Deanship with.

Deanship of Libraries Affairs functions of Quality and Development

  • Supervising the Deanship’s preparation and implementation of the operational plan.
  • Collaborating with the university's quality standard and overseeing its implementation across all units of the deanship.
  • Monitoring the progress of the goals, initiatives, and projects that would advance the deanship's work.
  • Implementing annual reports and statistics about the Deanship.
  • Implementing the mandate and the instruction of the university quality, development, and community service agency of Libraries Affairs.
  • Engaging and participating in the meeting conducted by faculties and scientific departments to complete the quality requirements needed in the standard of education and learning.
  • Collaborating With faculties and scientific departments to complete the university's quality and academic accreditation requirements.

Functions of Libraries Affairs Agency

  • Supervising the central and branch libraries of the students' section and following up on the work progress.
  • Preparing reports and statistics relevant to libraries and providing them to the Dean of libraries affairs.
